Z Fun SRL ("Z Fun", "we", "us") is a business consultancy based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website.
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, company, email address, and the contents of any message you send us through our contact form. We also collect limited technical data (such as anonymised analytics) to understand how the site is used.
Personal data is used to respond to your enquiry, to schedule and deliver consulting engagements, and to keep records required by Romanian law. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
We process personal data under GDPR Article 6(1)(b), to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in operating and improving our practice.
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months unless we enter into an engagement, in which case it is retained for the duration of that engagement plus any legally required period.
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, or request portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP).
